eCondos is a startup that developed the most complete condominium platform in the market, focused on condominium management and access control. Its platform has an integrated applications solution, web systems and access control hardware.
There are dozens of features ranging from a simple barbecue reservation to registering visitors with a photo sent to the facial recognition system. The platform is widely used by hundreds of condominiums and security companies, remote concierge, face-to-face concierge and janitorial services.

Founders Trajectory
Ricardo Paiva is a Computer Engineering from ITA with an MBA from FGV. Ricardo started his career at Vale in Rio de Janeiro. Afterwards, acted as a Senior Consultant responsible for the implementation of NF-e in large companies such as Petrobras, BR Distribuidora, Gerdau, Brazil Telecom and Oi. At ThomsonReuters he was responsible for architecting and leading the DF-e development teams and created what is now the largest electronic tax document platform in the country. Served as an Architect and Project Leader in consulting providing services to Embraer. Ricardo is also co-Founder of Kenoby, an HRtech and is former CTO of Back4App, a low-code application platform.
Juliano Leite is Graduated in Scientific Computing from the University of Taubaté, postgraduate in Business Management at INPG. Juliano began his career at INPE (National Institute for Space Research) in São José dos Campos – SP. Afterwards he served as a PCI Fellow in the area of research in architecture and software development for analyzing data received from Cassini, Voyager I, Voyager space probes II and Ulysses and climate analysis software.
Alex Bahr is Bachelor of Accounting Sciences with Accounting and Financial Specialization by UFPR. With 20 years of experience in the Services segment, within finance and controllership areas, he worked in operation and management of large companies renowned in the market such as Senai/PR, Cargill, Cetip B3 Brazil, Propay, FranklinCovey Brasil and Estre Ambiental, exercising activities related to controlling and closing results, managing cash flow and financial statements and M&A projects. He also acted as a consultant in ERP implementation (TOTVS, Microvix), BI (Qlik), Planning (Sysphera) and Sped Fiscal.
